Presternal peritoneal dialysis catheter positioning

Positioning of the exit site when placing a presternal extended peritoneal dialysis catheter. Placement of an extended catheter may be appropriate for certain patients (eg, those with a large pannus or skin folds that interfere with fully visualizing an abdominal exit-site, those with an abdominal ostomy, those with incontinence).
