Chest computed tomography of left sided effusion in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis

Chest computed tomography scan shows a large left pleural effusion encasing the left lung. The arrow points to a presumed necrobiotic, rheumatoid nodule in the subpleural region of the partially atelectatic lung.
