Types and percentages of abnormal Doppler parameters preceding delivery in FGR with versus without preeclampsia
The columns indicate the percentage of fetuses with the abnormal parameter occurring before delivery in pregnancies with idiopathic FGR (black) and pregnancies with FGR and preeclampsia (gray). Of note, in idiopathic FGR the Doppler changes follow a regular pattern and almost all changes occur before delivery, whereas in FGR associated with preeclampsia, late changes occur only in a small percentage of cases because these pregnancies are delivered earlier for maternal indications.
