Severe necrotizing soft tissue infection after elective right hernia repair in a middle-aged patient without diabetes. Debridement of lower abdomen and right thigh exposed the inguinal contents and testicle (A). Subsequently allografts were placed with good take (B). The right gracilis muscle was elevated (C) and positioned to cover right inguinal contents and testicle after removal of the allografts (D, E). Autograft take was successful in the entire area (F).
