Bioprosthetic valve thrombosis: 4D CT (long axis)

Typical appearance of BPVT on long-axis 4D CT. In this patient, the aortic prosthetic valve mean gradient increased to 42 mmHg at 6 months after TAVI. HALT resulting in RLM was visible on 2 of the 3 cusps.
