Coronal T2-weighted MRI images show (A) atrophy of left hippocampus (circle), asymmetric atrophy of the left fornix (arrow) and (B) left mamillary body (thick arrow), asymmetric enlargement of the left temporal horn (arrow), and diffuse atrophy of white matter in left temporal lobe.
