Examples of aged cheese include blue, brie, camembert, cheddar, feta, gorgonzola, gouda, gruyere, provolone, Roquefort, Stilton, and Swiss; fermented dairy products include buttermilk

Cottage cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, processed cheeses (eg, slices), and ricotta cheese

In addition, properly stored fresh milk and milk products such as ice cream, sour cream, and yogurt
Meat, poultry, and fish Meat, poultry, or fish that is aged, dried/cured (eg, bacon, corned beef, mortadella, pastrami, salami, and sausage), improperly stored, or spoiled

Fresh and properly stored (refrigerated) meat, poultry, or fish, including fresh processed meats (eg, breakfast sausage, cooked ham, hot dogs, and lunch meats), pickled fish (eg, herring), and smoked fish

In addition, beef or chicken bouillon, and fresh gravy
