Endstage sarcoidosis

Axial computed tomography (CT) scan (A) and coronal reformation (B) in a patient with sarcoidosis show endstage findings including architectural distortion of the upper lobes with coarse scarring, traction bronchiectasis, pleural thickening, overall loss of lung volume, and extensive dystrophic calcification of hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes.
