Atypical sarcoidosis II

Two axial computed tomograph (CT) scans show peribronchovascular and perilymphatic nodules best seen in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe (A) and in the superior segment of the right lower lobe (B). Scattered nodules are seen also in the left lung (B).
