  • Adjacent or regional soft tissue inflammation or secondary infection

  • Exposed bone on mandible or maxilla
  • Adjacent or regional soft tissue inflammation or secondary infection
  • Extraoral fistula or oral antral fistula or radiographic evidence of osteolysis extending to the inferior border of the mandible or the floor of the maxillary sinus
