Endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm and bilateral iliac aneurysms

Endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm and bilateral iliac aneurysms
The series of images show repair of bilateral common iliac artery aneurysms in conjunction with endovascular aortic aneurysm repair. The CT angiogram (A) shows bilateral common iliac artery aneurysms (arrowheads). The coronal MIP image of the CT angiogram (B) demonstrates the luminal appearance of the aneurysmal aorta (arrows) and bilateral common iliac arteries (short arrows) with many mural calcifications (bright white irregularities). Following endovascular repair, the completion aortogram shows successful exclusion of the abdominal aortic and bilateral iliac aneurysms using bilateral Gore iliac branched stent-grafts (C). The branched stent-grafts preserve flow to the internal iliac arteries (dashed arrows) bilaterally.
CT: computed tomography; MIP: maximum intensity projection.
