The angiograms illustrate elastic recoil after treating a hemodialysis AV graft venous outflow stenosis. The stenotic lesion is shown (A; arrow). In spite of total effacement of the balloon (B), the venous outflow lesion (C; arrow), while improved, was still flow-limiting due to elastic recoil.
