Portable chest radiograph pulmonary contusion

This AP chest radiograph of a patient following blunt trauma shows extensive unilateral airspace disease in the right lung reflecting pulmonary contusion or hematoma. Also, note the associated pleural effusion on the right reflecting a right hemothorax.
