Hysterosalpingogram uterus didelphys

(A) Cannulation of each cervix with a Redi-HSG Catheter (Redi-Tech Inc., www.redi-tech.com).
(B) Injection into the right cervix with identification of fill and spill from the right fallopian tube.
(C) Injection of contrast material into the left cervix then reveals fill and spill of the left associated uterus and fallopian tube.
