Molar incisor hypomineralization

This maxillary first permanent molar is moderately affected with MIH, displaying a hypomineralized yellow-brown enamel over much of the surface in contrast to the normal enamel on the mesial occlusal surface (arrow). The tooth has a glass ionomer covering to help prevent caries and reduce sensitivity.
