Digit fasciotomy

The upper figure (A) shows the skin incision used to release the digit compartment. In the lower cross section of the finger (B), access to the Cleland ligament is achieved from a midaxial incision (dashed arrow I). The neurovascular bundle can be also accessed from a volar side by dissecting the Grayson ligament (dashed arrow II).
