Venous drainage of the testicles

Classic gonadal venous drainage for both the right and left testes. The main drainage of the testes involves several veins that originate from the pampiniform plexus as the spermatic, cremasteric, pudendal, and vasal veins. The left gonadal vein enters the left renal vein, whereas the right gonadal vein enters the inferior vena cava below the right renal vein.
