Diagnostic evaluation of a patient with Sjögren's disease and bilateral parotid gland enlargement.
(A) Multiple hyperintense foci are seen in the enlarged parotid glands (arrows) on T2-weighted MRI.
(B) Multiple ovoid hypoechoic lesions (arrow) are evident in the left parotid gland parenchyma.
