Obstructive hydrocephalus due to posterior fossa tumor

MRI images of a five-week-old infant with severe obstructive hydrocephalus due to congenital posterior fossa tumor. The infant presented with macrocephaly and irritability. The MRI images show a large posterior fossa tumor and diffuse hydrocephalus involving the entire ventricular system.
