IV: intravenous; RT: radiation therapy.

* Doxorubicin is omitted during radiation therapy.

¶ Daily filgrastim until absolute neutrophil count >750 × 106/L and platelet count >75 × 109/L. Proceed with next cycle of chemotherapy 24 hours after last filgrastim dose.

Δ Local therapy between weeks 13 and 15. Surgery at week 13, if it is planned. Start of RT delayed to week 15 if surgery also undertaken.
