Histopathologic features of small plaque parapsoriasis

Characteristic elongated mound of parakeratosis with collections of plasma above a basket-weave cornified layer, preserved granular layer, and minimal acanthosis. There is a sparse superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate.
