Skin necrosis following injection of soft tissue fillers

(A) Impending necrosis from diluted cross-linked hyaluronic acid injected into midforehead wrinkle with evidence of retrograde flow toward the orbit as well as distal embolization.
(B) Complete resolution with nitropaste and hyaluronidase.
