Refractile shadowing artifact

Refractile shadowing (arrows) and posterior acoustic enhancement observed deep to the second part of the axillary artery during infraclavicular block. The neurovascular bundle is seen deep to the pectoralis major and minor muscles. The large axillary vein is seen medially (caudal).
