Severe femoral neck stress fracture: Plain radiograph

The plain radiograph above was obtained in a jogger complaining of progressive hip pain. A linear lucency with surrounding sclerosis (arrows) is seen in the femoral neck. This is a severe femoral neck stress fracture.
