Treatment of susceptible infections
Dosage Range
Note: Dosage expressed as combined amount of amoxicillin plus cloxacillin
Children 2-10 years: IV, IM: 250-500 mg every 6-8 hours
Adults:
Oral: 1000-2000 mg 3 times/day
IV, IM: 500-1000 mg every 6-8 hours
