Dosage Range

Adults: Oral:

Hypertension: 25 mg twice daily; may increase dose by 25 to 50 mg daily every 2 weeks to maximum of 200 mg/day in divided doses

Benign prostatic hyperplasia: 20 mg twice daily; may increase dose by 20 mg daily every 2 weeks to a maximum of 100 mg/day
