ICCIC 2016 continued its mission on the quality upbringing oftechnical publication for the young researchers by allowing them to re-submit afresh after meeting the correction, technical pitfalls corrections and presentation changes suggested by reviewers. Papers with original technical contributions but had a lot of other IPR and presentation issues were resolved for the budding researchers. The mission of ICCIC is not only to provide a forum for young researchers to meet experienced researchers, but also to provide a quality publishing mechanism for all young researchers. In tune with this objective, this seventh edition IEEE ICCIC 2016 too provided a near perfect metric of quality assurance to all papers submitted; conflicting references with web-link proofs were given to the authors so that any possible IPR and plagiarism issues which could possibly arise laterwere brought to the notice ofthe authors for immediate corrections and resubmission ofthe corrected version for
