Combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema with pulmonary hypertension
Coronal reformation imaging shows upper lobe emphysema and bullous lung disease as well as basal fibrosis with honeycombing and traction bronchiectasis. Dilated main and central pulmonary arteries are indicative of concurrent pulmonary hypertension.
