Diffuse bronchiectasis from mycobacterium intracellulare

Axial computed tomography (CT) scan (A) and coronal reformation (B) show multiple cylindrical and varicose bronchiectases with marked bronchial wall thickening and tree-in-bud pattern in the lower lobes suggestive of superimposed infectious bronchiolitis from probable mycobacterium intracellulare infection.
